Company Background Plant Grow Harvest (PGH) is a vertically integrated, multi-geography seed, fresh, and specialty potato business with operations in multiple locations across the country and planned expansion in additional regions. PGH also offers in-house supply chain solutions, brokerage, and consulting solutions for major potato businesses across North America. We are positioned for industry-leading growth and seeking additional talent to oversee operational execution and make a substantial early impact on the trajectory of the company. Position Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Business Analyst and CFO in capturing, organizing, and analyzing key data across our farming and processing operations. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing accurate reporting and dashboards, improving data visibility, and contributing to data-driven decision-making across the company. Key Responsibilities · Support the collection, cleaning, and maintenance of operational and financial data · Build reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize performance trends · Assist in building data models to support the monitoring of KPIs across the company · Work with cross-functional teams (farming, operations, finance) to ensure accurate and consistent data collection · Collaborate with the Business Analyst to automate reporting and streamline processes · Contribute to the development and documentation of SOPs for data handling and reporting · Assist with the selection, design and implementation of the company’s first ERP; maintain data integrity thereafter. · Perform ad hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions Candidate Requirements · Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data visualization tools such as Power BI · Basic knowledge of SQL or Power Query is a plus · Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy · Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment · Able to work independently while collaborating with remote team members Preferred Qualifications · Internship or co-op experience in a data-related role is a plus · Experience working with agricultural or manufacturing operations preferred · Willing and able to occasionally travel to other locations in the USA (up to 10%) Compensation & Benefits · Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience) · Bonus: 10% discretionary bonus · Benefits: PTO, opportunity for career advancement Location: Based in Cochise, AZ
