Activities Coordinator – Summer Work & Travel Program Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about cultural exchange? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to lead and manage events for international students participating in a Summer Work & Travel Exchange Program! Position: Activities Coordinator Location: Ludington, MI Employment Type: Seasonal (Summer 2025) Compensation: $17 per hour Duration: May 19 - October 1, 2025 Hours: Part-time Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize cultural, recreational, and social activities for international student participants.
• Serve as a local resource and guide for students exploring the community.
• Coordinate events, transportation to events and the airport, event logistics, and communications.
• Promote participation through flyers, emails, and social media.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with event planning, youth programs, or student exchange is a plus.
• Must be organized, proactive, and culturally sensitive.
• A Valid Driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
