SAIC is seeking an Administrative Assistant at our customer site in North Charleston, SC .

In this role, the successful candidate will support the program manager in delivering solutions to support the United States Marine Corps. 

Duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing general administrative, clerical, and secretarial support.
  • Perform routine and non-routine tasks including maintaining calendars, electronic file management and deliverable scheduling.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, respond to customer inquiries, and other office administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Associates Degree in Business or Computer Science
  • Four (4) years of experience to include: word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting management issues, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, sending and receiving emails.
    OR
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Eight (8) years of experience to include: word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting management issues, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, sending and receiving emails.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a position of trust.
