Client Success Manager

Description:

As a Client Success Manager at DocNetwork, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 120+ clients, managing relationships from onboarding to renewal. Your mission is to understand client objectives, address pain points, and guide them in using DocNetwork's health and safety platforms to support the health and safety of their participants.

You will collaborate with an Implementation Specialist and report to a Client Success Lead. Your responsibilities include implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and engagement, documenting client interactions, identifying needs and collaborating with internal teams, managing client escalations, educating clients on new features, collecting and sharing client feedback for product improvement, and occasionally representing the company at conferences and industry events.

Requirements:

Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles, with strong relationship-building, customer retention, and client growth skills.

Experience in a SaaS company and using platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Jira is a plus.

Strong communication, consultative, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet competing deadlines.

Tech-savvy, adaptable to fast-paced and evolving environments, and capable of working collaboratively.
