This is a people-first role designed for those who are eager to learn the foundations of marketing, gain hands-on experience in the field, and help local homeowners discover solutions that make their homes safer and more comfortable. No prior marketing experience? That’s okay; we provide full training and mentorship from day one.

As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant at HMG Pest Solutions , you’ll be responsible for:

• Representing pest control services directly to homeowners in residential neighborhoods
• Starting meaningful conversations to identify common home concerns and present simple, effective solutions
• Learning how to position products in a way that’s clear, relevant, and tailored to each household
• Supporting campaign rollouts, field events, and neighborhood outreach efforts
• Receiving real-time coaching to improve communication, strategy, and outreach performance
• Tracking feedback and contribute ideas to help improve our marketing approach

Ideal qualifications for our Entry Level Marketing Assistant include:

• A positive, outgoing attitude and a willingness to engage face-to-face with new people
• Strong communication skills; you don’t need to be a pro, just ready to learn
• Self-starters who take initiative and enjoy being on the move
• Openness to feedback and a genuine interest in developing new skills
• Ability to work full-time and travel to nearby residential areas as needed
