Together, we're improving everyday life. **Job Title** **: Facets/QA System Analyst** **Location** **:** **Remote** **Job ID** **: SO# 63757471** **Role and Responsibilities:** · Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and understand the requirements through excellent listening and effective written and verbal communication. · Self-driven, innovative, motivated, well-organized, willingness to work on an onsite/offshore model and ability to work in remote setting. · Define, prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer priorities. · Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and QA teams. · Leverage knowledge of US Healthcare payer operations. · Participate in Systems/Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing. · Support QA and release management procedures. · Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning etc.). **Required Experience** : · Strong healthcare domain knowledge (Healthcare Terminology) · Good understanding of the Facets Data Model · Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment. · Familiar with the Core Facets batch job's and EDI transactions (834 and 837) · Good understanding and working experience in Member Enrollment, Claims Processing, and Billing. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applicants will be accepted till 7/2/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $85K-$93K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
