The Institute for Community Health (ICH) is a non-profit consulting organization that is part of the Cambridge Health Alliance. This is an entry level financial analyst position. The Financial Analyst I will work closely with ICH's Senior Finance Manager. Note that this is a hybrid position, with some in-office days required each week.
Responsibilities include supporting client contracting and invoicing, monitoring organizational expenses and supporting staff with purchasing and reimbursements, and assisting with financial reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, economics, or related field(s) preferred
Previous internship or work experience in billing/reimbursement, grants/contracts management and/or budgeting or financial analysis preferred
Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and able to work autonomously.
Strong analytical skills required. Systems experience including: Integration of mainframe and PC applications, use of Excel, Access, Quickboooks or Meditech General Ledger and other related software product
