Job Overview

Motion Technology and Development LLC (MTECH) is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Customer Service Representative to support the Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at Tyndall Air Force Base.The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for military members, civilian employees, retirees, and family members, providing customer intake, information, and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and managing multiple tasks efficiently in a professional federal office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients and visitors, provide intake services, and connect them to appropriate resources.
• Manage incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments and workshops.
• Maintain accurate records using Air Force Family Integrated Results and Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) database.
• Support office operations by preparing materials, updating information displays, and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Assist clients with computer use (printing, basic navigation, troubleshooting).
• Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and stocked with current resource materials.
• Document and track client interactions and referrals according to government standards.
• Assist M&FRC staff with event coordination and meeting support as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, databases, and basic office software (Microsoft Office, email).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor in a federal government setting.
• Experience supporting military communities is a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
