About the Role:
We are developing a Policy Manager Tool tailored for hospitals and healthcare systems to streamline policy creation, version control, approvals, and compliance tracking. We're seeking an experienced subject matter expert (SME) with a background in hospital policy management and regulatory compliance to guide our product development with real-world insights.
Responsibilities:
Advise on standard hospital policy categories, types, and structures
Define workflows for policy drafting, multi-level approvals, publishing, and auditing
Ensure the tool meets HIPAA, Joint Commission, and CMS compliance standards
Compare and provide feedback against leading solutions like PolicyStat, NAVEX, MCN Healthcare, etc.
Collaborate with our UI/UX and product development team to shape user-centric features
Provide sample policies, user scenarios, and testing support for validation
