Human Resources Intern – Jumpstart Your HR Career!
Are you ready to dive into the world of Human Resources? As an HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, employee records, and all things people-related! This is your chance to build your HR skills, learn the ropes, and make an impact in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Talent Scout Extraordinaire – Help our recruiters find top-notch candidates by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
New Hire Guru – Assist in welcoming new employees with paperwork, orientations, and making sure they have everything they need to hit the ground running.
Record-Keeping Wizard – Keep employee records organized, accurate, and confidential (because HR is all about trust!).
HR Super Sidekick – Support the team with administrative tasks like filing, organizing documents, and data entry.
Culture Champion – Help plan employee engagement activities and keep internal communications buzzing.
HR Researcher – Dive into compliance, benefits, and employee relations topics to support key HR initiatives. People Connector – Answer general HR questions and guide employees to the right resources.
Jack-of-All-Trades – Be ready to jump in and learn new HR skills as needed!
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Detail-oriented and organized – You love keeping things neat and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
✔Great communicator – Whether it’s in writing or speaking, you know how to get your message across clearly. ✔ Tech-savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and learning new HR systems.
✔ Team player with a positive attitude – HR is all about people, so bring your enthusiasm and collaborative spirit!
✔ Eager to learn – No experience? No problem! We’re looking for someone who’s excited to gain hands-on HR experience.
The Details:
Where? Our positive and professional office (with some in-the-field content creation!). When? Summer months, typically beginning of June until school starts.
Travel? Mostly local! You’ll attend some fun events, and there may be an occasional overnight trip. Adventure awaits!
