Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Junior Business System Analyst for our client in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a leading life sciences company leveraging Veeva Vault to transform how business systems support quality, clinical, and regulatory operations.

• Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
• Pay: $26.06–$33.85/hr
• Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Support and maintain various Veeva Vault applications across business units
• Assist in user access management and system configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement business requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical problems to Veeva support
• Participate in system updates, patches, and continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, IT, Business Admin, or related field
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication – able to interface with executives and cross-functional teams
• Entry-level or new graduate with a desire to learn Veeva Vault or similar systems
• Basic understanding of regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) a plus
