Position Details:

• Location: Queens, NY
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Hourly Rate: $47/hour
• Schedule: Morning and evening shifts required; must be available every other Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient health changes
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other staff to execute care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and respond swiftly to emergencies

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program
• Active NY State LPN license
• Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work rotating shifts
