Picnic is looking for an experienced line cook to join our team. We are a neighborhood restaurant known for great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This position is ideal for a skilled cook who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and values teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities:

• Cook and plate dishes efficiently on a high-volume hot line
• Execute food prep and maintain kitchen organization
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and available for at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
