Director of Marketing (SaaS & Microsoft Partner Industry)

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Reports to: Chief Growth Officer

About the Role

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for driving growth, building brand presence, and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives, shape our strategy, and enhance our impact in the SaaS and Microsoft Partner industry.

In this leadership role, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that fuels lead generation, strengthens brand positioning, and deepens engagement with our target audience. You'll also lead a talented team of marketing professionals, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with business objectives and drive measurable results.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the SMB market.
Align marketing efforts with company goals while building strong partnerships with Microsoft and other key industry players.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Establish clear goals and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and success.

Market Analysis & Positioning

Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the SaaS and Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
Define and refine the company's unique value proposition to effectively differentiate offerings in a competitive marketplace.

Lead Generation & Campaign Development

Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content marketing) to drive qualified leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Brand Management

Elevate brand awareness by crafting compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, platforms, and channels.

Collaboration & Partnership

Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft and other industry partners to leverage joint marketing opportunities.

What You Bring to the Role

7+ years of marketing leadership experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries.
Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to track and measure marketing success.
