Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Trusts & Estates Administration Paralegal to join our team! If you have 5+ years of experience and a passion for supporting clients through estate and trust administration, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all stages of estate and trust administration, including probate (experience with New Jersey, New York, or Florida probate is a plus)
Communicate regularly with clients, financial planners, and accountants to ensure smooth administration
Prepare federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary accountings, and assist with the distribution of estate assets and trust funding

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and mathematical skills are essential
Strong familiarity with estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word is a plus
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work well within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A college degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred
