Job Description

Immediate hiring of Personal Care Attendant for Santa Maria, CA.   Preferred experience working in supported living or working with individuals with other intellectual disabilities is a plus!

Rate: $18.50- $19.50/hr
Position #1: Part Time-16 hours a week
Friday-Saturday 6am-2pm
Position #2: Full Time- 40 hours a week
Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of Spread Your Wings Direct Care Staff (DCS) is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients. We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
