As a part of the Product Design team that is at the forefront of retail, you will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement and innovation on the world's largest company. As a **Principal Product UX Designer** on the Ecommerce team, you'll lead design for one or more key parts of the Walmart.com and mobile app shopping experiences and continually iterate on and evolve features and functionality our customers use most. You'll integrate business needs into design strategy and own activities and deliverables for multiple projects and engagements. You'll be an indispensable individual contributor, modeling leadership in problem-solving, design craft excellence, coaching others, communicating effectively with team and partners, and delivering very strong work on time. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage the collective creativity.
