**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will gain comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and box creation for shipments. Utilize our advanced voice-to-pick system that guides you through picking and staging items efficiently, eliminating the need for paperwork. **Responsibilities** + Learn and perform all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, and packing. + Create and break down boxes for shipments. + Use voice-to-pick system for accurate item selection and staging for packing and palletizing. + Handle materials using various equipment, including forklifts. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse operations, ranging from 0 to 6 months. + Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts. + Proficiency in using RF scanners and ERP systems. + High school diploma required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable with heights as racks are 24 feet high. + Must possess safety shoes with non-slip and steel toe features. + Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and get dirty. **Work Environment** Work in a collaborative and active warehouse environment alongside 18 team members. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
